Am Being charged R115 for every bounce you make

I opened an account with Furniture City last year and beggining of this year i told them i had financial issues and went on debt review. They accepted the offer from my debt counsiller, But now they kept going in my account the standard bank cheque which i told them not to take money, But everytime they try to take money and there is no money standard bank is charging me R115.00. So please i need this charges cleared by Africa bank because you know my situation right now i owe standard bank a lot of money. Please i want this off my account i want to close it.
