I visited Nedbank Protea Glen on the 30th Nov 2013 for a deposit and cellphone banking activation. I left the deposits Queue to go to the Sales Consultant As I stood there, she loudly announces to me that she "does not do deposits". I simply replied that I am not there for Deposits. She directed me back to deposits saying someone will come to get from there. 10 min later (11:25 am) she came to me asking what I wanted to do? I then said "That's what you should have asked me". She Screamed, asking If "I want her help or not? She has a lot of people to attend to and will not stand and debate with me"! then walked away. I immediately went to the branch manager (Sindi Mthethwa) to lodge a formal complaint against the lady. Sindi called me just after 12 PM on Monday and advised she is having system problems but will lodge the complaint as soon as the systems are up and running, 3 hours later she sent an E-mail advising of Ntswaki's apology and wrong assumption to which I replied: I like to know of any disciplinary measures to be taken as her behavior was unacceptable, It has been 3 days and I have since not received any response from the branch manager!
