Outstanding complaint about service fees

I am an SME who has been banking with Nedbank for over 30yrs. I have 3 different accounts with Nedbank. I want to know why I cannot be charged a flat monthly fee instead of being charged for every individual transaction. I raised this issue several months ago, had 3 different people call me to say they would put me onto a relationship manager and I am still waiting. Why do I as the receiver of deposits need to be "penalised" for deposits made into my account. Why does the service charge have to vary per the amount deposited when the admin process is the same? I would expect Nedbank to make it more affordable and attractive for me to stay with the bank. Attempts to negotiate this at branch level have been unsuccessful.
