This is absolutely INSANE!!!

So I've been a loyal customer of standard bank for 10 years now (give or take), I have upgraded my account twice now. That being said, last night when i went to check my balance at an ATM, I discovered that my available funds was shockingly low so i wanted to take out my card and get a statement at another teller that sets out all my expenses. only to discover that the ATM swallowed my card. So I phoned Standard bank to cancel the card and guess what... IT TURNS OUT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED AND THEY CANT TELL ME WHEN AND UNDER WHO'S AUTHORITY!!! SO HOW DO YOU USE A CARD FOR 4 YEARS AND IT MAGICALLY WORKS WHILST THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED? This is the second complaint within 3 months the previous complaint hasn't even been resolved properly. Needless to say I'm switching banks ASAP!!! PS I'm going to tell as much people as possible how Bad Standard bank is.
