I'm in a microlending industry that is prone to due to loan applications. I get very frustrated when commercial banks fail to make DEPARTMENTS accessible to the public. This morning, I interrogated a suspect until he literally ran out of my office. I went to Std Bank website to find details of reporting, but I couldn't find any. I then contacted their Head Office, and a very sweet lady supplied me with DEPARTMENT's phone number: 011 641 6128. I was answered by an IVR, (internal voice recording), and thereafter had to hold for more than 5 minutes until I gave up.

This is PROMOTION of. I suggest that Std Bank, and other banks, clearly display their DEPT's contact numbers, as well as procedure to report. What happened to ALERT telephone numbers and e-mails? All we want to do is alert you on bank accounts that are used for Activities, in order for you to investigate those accounts.
