FNB Returns debit Orders but dont return calls!

On Monday at 07h00 I received SMS's from FNB notifying me that my account of all my debit orders.
Immedeatly realised that my account was overdrawn with R6000 and I transferred R7000 at 07h30.
Then for no reason at 11h30 I received SMS's form FNB notifying that they are sending back debit orders to the value of R6000.
Phoned FNB call centre ASAP and after holding on for a very long time the lady was not able to help me.
She keeps telling me that the debit orders went off between 01h00 and 02h00 in the morning, and the more that I explain to her that I only received my SMS's at 07h00 and corrected account at 07h30 the less she understands.
It was here where Mr Pieter Kambule helped me.
He said that as I am Platinium client I must actually speak to another department.
I refused to be trasnfered as I have already been on the phone for 22min woth no luck.
Then Mr Kambule said they he will personally give the message to the department and they will phone me now now?
I asked him what does now now mean 1min, 1hour, 1 day?
He promised me that they will phone within 3min!
Well its been 3 days - Thanks for all the help!
To make matters worse I have been charged penalties as well!
