Auto And General
More than 20% increase

Just received the yearly increase letter from Auto and General: 21% increase on premium and a 280% increase in the basic excess. This is totally ridiculous after only claiming for a window replacement. I only received a 6% increase from work, my cars values have dropped by about 10% as they are a year older but still get this increase.
