Great service

I've been struggling with Nedbank Personal loans and dubble deductions and not getting my arrears sorted since Juny/July. This month again the dubble deduction happened and I was at my end not understanding how to fix the problem once and for all (not having double the amount available!). Admittedly I lost my temper and was not a very nice person and asked to speak to a supervisor. Genevieve held her cool with me even when I was rude and finally we found a solution. I dont know what her surname is, but I just want to say thank you and she is definitely an asset in a department where I am sure they deal with stressed out people on a daily basis.
