Dear ABSA. After many complaints to branch managers, call centres and other staff I am truly tired of your non caring attitude towards your clients. You have charged me excessive bank fees over the last 6 months even though I have continually tried to explain that I have been going through the worst time of my life. Again you have disappointed me and unfortunately this is the last time.
You have made many promises and delivered on very few.
I am slowly getting back on my feet now and I will be changing to another bank and be discontinuing my relationship with you after 24 years. As this was suggested by your own staff.
Really I know I am not the only one who has experienced bad service and bad attitude from you.
I pitty you ABSA as this could most possibly lead to your downfall.
