Absa bank gives the most pathetic customer service

I tried calling the absa call centre to enquire as to why I couldn't apply for the absa atm loan. I was first transfered to around 2 people (which is understandable as I may have chosen incorrectly. Then I got transferred to another 4 depts.at the final depot I got this lady who's name I couldn't hear clearly wanted to transfer me to the dept I originally came to... I was speaking to this call centre for abt an hour and I'm still in a worst off position than when I called them.

I don't knoiw if yhis post will bear any fruit but I might as well try. Can someone please help me!!!
