Budget Insurance
No email update

I spoke to 4 different call centre agents and made 4 calls to get my insurance policy, which I recently updated, emailed to me. Each time the agent checked my email adress which was correct and assured me that the updated schedule would be emailed.

Unfortunately this never happened.
