WAITING FOR A LETTER TO REVERSE DOUBLE DEBIT

Kindly advise how long it takes to get a letter confirming that a double deduction went off in error so that they can reverse the payment. I have spoken to Phumzile yesterday and she promised me by the end of business day yesterday, I spoke to her again this morning and she said in 30 minutes, I called back after an hour and Natasha kept me on hold for 10. I am failing to understand why I must be the one running around for your staff's incompetence.
