BILL I DON'T KNOW NOTHING OF

I'm very frustrated that I got an SMS from this company claiming I owe a Nedgroup medical aid of which I don't know about since I resigned from this medical aid in 2008. What frustrates me even more is that I never got a statement to show how the amount came about. More than 5 years later I get this SMS & they still do not have the decency to tell me what this is all about. I even tried to phone the number but you get to hold for knows how long so I don't have the time for their games.
