If I receive another phone call from the attorneys stating that FNB Homeloanes needs another document to be signed and returned to them I will strangle someone.
FNB must change their slogan to "We demand because we are incompetent"
This has been going on for three months and every document that they need was supplied and signed! If it wasn't for one exceptional lady by the name of Madelein I would have closed my accounts, and she does not word for Homeloans!
But after another phone call 5pm yesterday I don't know... I see Nedbank is hunting for accounts... with a product you need excellent service and FNB Homeloans has missed the mark completely and if this is the service that a Premiere client receives then I don't want to be a part of this bank!
