Lat week the 28-11-2013, I got a call from one Paul Smith from Miway, who tried to set up an appointment with me to assess my car the following day the 29th which was damaged by hail; however, the attitude of the said assessor was displeasing to say the least, in that he wanted me to come and meet up with him at 07:00 am irrespective of whether the time in question suited me or not, he intimated that I am not the only client and that he has got hundreds other clients to service, to which I registered my displeasure and he seemed not to care, and, told me to do whatever I wanted if I had a complaint to register. I then sent him a sms indicating that, I will not pitch up. Yesterday morning I spoke to Yolande from Miway indicating that I no longer want to deal with Paul Smith as an assessor and that I want a new assessor assigned. Yolande, then asked me something outrageous, she said, I must go take photos of my car's dents and upload them onto the system and sent them to her, what I found this ridiculous is, whose camera? whose time really? How are they going to accurately assess my car based on photos, without eyeball inspection? Yes, cry my beloved country; after 4 years with Miway
