I have my entire Portfolio with Absa.
Being a client of them for more than 8 years, i would expect better service provided.

I have a Platinum Account, and yet they did not grant me 100% bond until i proved that a Competitor was offering me a better deal. I have my credit card, vehicle as well as bond with them and yet they always say that i am a high risk.

Ive never ever defaulted on any payment... so how am i a high risk?
Do date, whenever i try to get hold of my 'Personal Banker'...they never ever available to assist. So whats the point of a Personal Glorified Banker if they cannot help.

I would much rather pay another bank a cheaper monthly rate, and i would probabaly get better service than what Absa is currently providing me.

Ive also registered on Absa Rewards, and my online banking does not allow me to redeem anything. So whats the point in paying monthly reward fees, if they cannot tell you what your rewards are??? Incompetent systems which are failing will result into me moving my entire financial portfolio...

Moving my: Bond; Car; Crdit Card facility as well as any other financial dealings with Absa.
