Debit order Off and not Off again

My debit order for Discovery health went off as usual after 12 midnight and got the normal Sms to confirm that n my avail balance which was correct... now the bank sends me an Sms to say it was unsuccessful n the funds are back to my account again. So in other words it means Discovery is not paid.
