Not interested in helping you, so they hang-up

I have tried calling JD Financial Services over TEN TIMES (just today) to get assistance with my account.

All that happens is you get put on hold for 10 minutes, then finally someone answers and you can hear them all talking in the background - AND THEY HANG UP.

Its shocking service from what is probably the worst and most incompetent bunch of people on the planet. Avoid them at all costs.
