There's no point, really!

What is the point of completing an online application for finance via your website? What a waste of time. I completed the online application for finance over the weekend and this morning I get a call from someone telling me that I must complete the application at the dealership. Sounds like a bunch of hogwash to me. Perhaps you would like to consider removing the online application for finance from your website. This will certainly avoid frustration and having to deal with, what seems like incompetent agents, calling to tell you to complete an application at a dealership. Non-sense!
