Loan repayment 3 days after taking up the loan

Can somebody please help me? I took out a loan on the 27th Nov infact i was completing an incomplete application of the 4th Nov which was declined due to system error. When busy completing the online application, i noticed that the repayment date was the 5th Nov and so i decided to contact the call centre about it. On the 30th Nov the debit went off leaving me with nothing in my account. On my email to the call centre i kindly requested the debit order to be on the 27th Dec but this didnt happen. I spoke to Zonika from PCS group and she promised to get back to me but this also has not happened. Can somebocy please contact me regarding this matter?
