CLAIM FOR HAIL DAMAGE - PATHETIC SERVICE

Hi, Ive called about three times, left messages as well, NO ONE CALLS ME BACK. One would think with the pathetic sarcastic voice recorded guy on your telephone lines, the service would be somewhat customer orientated. I called Mpumi on Saturday at 08.56 who said someone will call me back. Yesterday at 11.25 I was called FROM YOUR COMPANY and the guy told me the same thing, that someone would call me back. I called today at 10.46 and the lady said someone will call me back - I said I don't want someone to call me because that's what everyone keeps saying. I called again, and was told someone will call me, and again by another guy that someone will call me. I WANT TO LOG A CLAIM FOR HAIL DAMAGE and if one more person tells me that someone will call me back, I'll have a miscarriage. Either that, or please cancel my policy so I can deal with professionals.
