PATHETIC SERVICE:
What a terrible service! There is NO service anyway. After 8 months I only received a printed copy of the contract to view for the very first time, and it is so full of mistakes. When you try to call them they transfer you from one to the other. Other people's names and banking details appear on my contract. How professional is that? This is suppose to be a BUSINESS, but NO one answers the phone. When you eventually get somebody on the line, they are newly appointed and do not know what to do. The next time you call, that person does not work there any more. This happened to me 3 times. It is now 8 months since I submitted a hail damage claim and up to now it has not been attended too. Only recently the panel beaters fetched my car for the 2nd claim and when I called the insurance company have LOST my first claim totally. They are NOT EVEN AWARE of it. I faxed it again and still it is not processed up to now. Maria and Monique whom I spoke to, have left the company. The panel beaters are not even aware that they should fix the hail damage as well. The assessor Mr Pretorius also left the company. What a confused and messed up business. Absolutely NO communication.
