I am not happy with African bank services it is very poor, I settle my credit card on march I paid all the amount and I send the proof of payment and everything thy requested coz by then i wanted to buy a house thy confirm that my credit card was closed and everything was fine. I bought a house with no issues, I bought car again no issue when I try to buy a car again coz my car was written off. Thy told me I am bad payer i am owing African bank amount of 5000, I called African bank I spoke to Mrs. khumalo she told me thy are going to written off the debt and send letter she was rude too. I waited for a letter I call again on Monday thy ask same questions as mrs khumalo and told me something again on Tuesday. I wish i can sue them I don't have car because of them and i don't owe them anything
