Today we took the car in for an assessment after an accident. All the people involved in helping us were curteous and very professional. Not once did I experience the hangups that so many of us have either experienced or heard of in our time of need. Budget insurance helped us through the entire process quickly and efficiently and all that was basically needed was for us to follow the directions they pointed us in. many thumbs up for stellar service and a warm experience. A big thank you must go to Alan Mulqueeny, made us feel welcome, well looked after and he explained each and every step of the process, takes a lot of pressure of the mind knowing that someone has got your problem handled.
