I came to durban telesure for assessment of my vechile, i had no appointment as i was waiting for my insurance company to supply me with a claim number, josephine at reception greeted me with a warm smile, offered me coffee and managed to assist me very efficeintly by asking alan to assess my car. Alan was faboulus: he managed to do my assesment whilst waiting for his next appointment to arrive, explained the damages to me and was a great help, and had a great smile
