Had a 9h30 appointment for an assessment at TELESURE and wasmly welcomed by a security who also told me very politely what I could do while waiting for the assessoer. While waiting was also informed by Josephine that Alan would be with me as soon as he finishedith the customer he waserving. All done and said with a friendly smile. Alan explained the procedure and did exactly as he had explained again with courtesy and a friendly smile.
