Unacceptable service provider behaviou

MiWay suggest that you insure with them because their claims process is efficient and hassle free. Mine was not, and I'm moving to a different provider. Most tellingly, since I told them that, all communication from them ceased. Who gives a s#! t about someone if the flow of revenue is going to dry up?

Though MiWay were generally responsive and sympathetic after my car's window was smashed, their service provider appointed to deal with the problem, 24Fix, run a clownshow. So why is this a complaint about MiWay? Because I was left to manage 24Fix, and no alternative was ever provided. MiWay comiserated, but why adopt the attitude that nothing more could be done?

On to 24Fix. Not a single conversation with them took place without me initiating it. They continuously missed deadlines they themselves set. They can't coordinate information between themselves. Their technicians broke my side mirrors and they were never fixed. 24Fix never came close to offering an apology about any of this.

From 'team leader' level upwards they were surly, unresponsive, and tried to avoid complaints and queries (Yes Jennifer, you're the worst). By the end of the process they flat out to me. Boo!
