On Monday 09 December I contacted Miway to report a leaking toilet and it was lodged as Emergency Assistance. I was assured that someone from the outsourced service provider would come over within a few hours. To cut a long story short, i have followed the matter up with Miway, EuropAsssitance and 24FIX every working day for the last 10 days and absolutely NOTHING has happened. We get SMS's to say someone will come and then when I call in to complain about a no-show i get shunted from pillar to post. Perhaps the most disappointing fact is that yesterday morning I sent a few MiWay 'managers' a letter of complaint -- the response I got (within 15 mins) was one manager referring it to another (copying me on the mail). AND THAT WAS IT! 24 hours later - not even a courtesy call to let me know of progress or even an apology. All the 'managers' are well aware of the length of time it has taken and the sheer frustrations I have had over the last two weeks but customer service is NON-EXISTENT. Shocking, disappointing, irritating. The ads on the radio about MiWay are about as true as their quick turn around time.
