I'm really so tired of Absa treatment of me that I had to just disclose my disdain, as a small business client for 11 years with Absa the treatment just seems to get more condescending. This morning I got a call from your credit department where a lady started off being very cordial and polite asking me when I was going to rectify the arrears amount on my account I told her TODAY as I've been running around on my priority which is my business then the conversation took a turn when she asked me would I be able to rectify the full amount of R2, 465.60 which I implied YES I would and then I added that "I don't see the fuss" that when the lady's tone turned as if I was one of the cleaners in your building siting that the system will return my debit orders and there nothing she'd be able to do about it but for some reason I don't think my world would come to a standstill if that had to occur. Fairly she mentioned that I should've made provision or have an overdraft facility where I stated I will not need that as I'd be leaving Absa and I could hear the sympathy just pouring from her heart.
