NO PROTECTION NO POWER

I went to Legal Wise to get LEGAL POWER AND PROTECTION, well that was a joke a very expensive joke.
I went to Ladysmith KZN branch in July 2012 to ask for help, as my partner (policy holder) and I were been made to work seven days a week for over a year and we were not getting payslips, UIF, workman's comp, weekend or public holiday pay and have not got our RIP5. All basic human rights! Ladysmith first told me that without payslips and proof of work their was nothing they could do. When I gave them proof I was told that it was conflict of interest and they would not help me. So I made an over 300km trip to PMB. They sent me to a Miss K. Niadoo in Ladysmith. We paid R200.00 for fist meeting and then R1400.00 deposit. She sent off two letters both of which we had to re wright. Then all broke loose. I would like Legal Wise to phone me so that they can go through my case and see that we were not represented. I have seen three other attorneys at my expense and all have said that we had not been represented at all and intact we would have been better off if we have handled the matter our self's. I am giving you the opportunity to look into this before I go to the Law Society.
