Good day, I had requested a premium reconciliation for the 2 policies on the 08&22/11/2013, to know if there are contributions outstanding for 2013 since i'm a cash paying client. But no, only on 02/12/2013 i get a stupid letter that i am owing. Please employ competent staff that will be able to deal with clients' enquries efficiently!
