Still no cancelation confirmation

I'm still waiting for confirmation of cancellation of my insurance policy from NEDBANK. I've send the necessary proof of a new policy to absa 4x. I complained through helopeter twice and still no joy. only promises of assistance. PLEASE SEND ME CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION NOW!!!
