I have had an issue with a contract i took out, I havent been able to load BIS for about 3 weeks which has resulted in me spending alot more money on airtime than i should be.

I contacted Bayport to report this incident well over 3 weeks ago, an inquiry was forwarded to my provider i was told and to this day, i have had no response.

I called again last week, the same was done. I spoke to Afrieda or Afrieka, who assisted me with this on Tuesday and was advised TAT is 24hrs. On Friday I still had no response and upon contacting the call centre, spoke to Afrieda again (unfortunately) who after 3 minutes into the conversation, dropped the call on me. I called again today and couldn't be told what the hold up was but given a halfhearted apology.

Cell C cant access my details, Bayport needs to report to Cell C first, with all the calls I've had to make between the 2, I dont know who to believe anymore. Why would Bayport need to contact Cell C when Cell C tells me they cant access my details?
I am unable to get assistance from Cell C and Bayport seems to not want to pull their socks up. My account is paid timeously and the least i expect is to be treated like a valued customer.
