Does anyone know whats going on???

After 12 months of numerous phone calls, e-mails, legal fee's and countless dead ends, nobody seems to be capable of assisting my mother with regards to my father's pension fund that needs to be paid out to my mother by court order after my parents divorce. No body seems to know where the money is and how to locate the funds. I mean really??? How does this company operate? Or is it all a to thieve our senior citizens from there hard earned money that is supposed to support them in difficult times and their old day?? How can any one do this???

I would appreciate response from an senior manager that can shed some light on this matter, I am done dealing with incompetent staff members that only brings me nowhere!!!
