Standard Bank renders BAD customer service

We applied for a home loan and it was declined due to affordability. Thing is the service centre capturing the information made a mistake when capturing my husband's salary, with R23 000!!! We have been struggling now 2.5 weeks to get Standard Bank to correct it and still no joy! We had to visit the bank now 3 times already to submit arbitrations etc. to get Standard Bank to correct THEIR mistake. This is ridiculous.
