I have been with MiWay for the past 5 years. They have NEVER debited the same amount from my account since inception. When contacting them to enquire, they "apologise" and cannot give me an explanation. This month they debited an extra R670 on top of my monthly instalment from my account and cannot explain why. I have now waited 7 days and still don't have a refund of my money that they just took. On Tuesday I sent my bank statements and all other documents they required, they advised it will take 48 hours and still nothing.

I have now asked them for a recon of all my debits and still nothing.

Think the Ombudsman should sort this one out for me.
