Can Someone give me feedback please?

I'm highly annoyed at African banks customer service!

I have paid R31000 in advance towards my loan account and have requested today that R3500 be paid back to me due to me having additional financial difficulties du to additional expenses for my childs school this month and I do not want to apply for additional credit.

I sent through the signed letter as well as my ID copy as requested to the back office email address early this morning, then emailed again to ask how long my request might take and if they are busy on my application? I get read receipts but no reply to at least say they have received my documents. I called the call center and they say there is nothing updated on the system?

Can some one tell me whats going on with my request?
