AGAIN payment to allocated

Why is it that every 6months to 1yr I have to get arrears letters AND I AM NOT IN ARREARS!
I requested that I get account records every 3months because of this very problem but nothing!
Previously all I was told was that the letters were sent in error! WELL STOP MAKING THOSE ERRORS! You are creating a problem on my ITC record and I have been paying!

I spoke to Freddie Wilson last week Wednesday 27 November, I left an urgent message from Nelly Hannekom on Thursday, no one bothers to get back to me...
