DISGUSTING SERVICE

I don't even know how to react. But I find it highly unprofessional how staff at the Credit Salvage office conduct business. For the past few weeks I've been waiting patiently for feedback from their side. It's been serveral weeks since I sent my application to them and have literally only received one call from Alfred Veca advising that he is still awaiting feedback from supplies, and have still not heard any productive feedback so far. I've been trying to follow up with Alfred but its either he's unavailable, on leave, or like this morning I just called their office on 0861 692 733 and some (excuse my lack of a better word) answered asking if I wanted a cheese burger or what company I was looking for, after several attempts at asking for Alfred Veca, I eventually hung up cause clearly this unprofessional was clearly wasting my time. The problem is, most of us your customers or whatever you would like to call us, actually contact your company cause we actually require urgent and serious help. Serious if you guys are not a legit business quit wasting our time and just say so. I'm starting to get the feeling that Credit Salvage are a bunch of artists
