After experiencing a transaction on my account and many hours of phone calls and frustrating talks with various people in the contact center not one agent was able to provide me with proper feedback as to when i will receive my money back. all that was told to me that there is a procedure and it will take 7 to 30 working days (not acceptable). i am extremely frustrated as why should i the consumer suffer the inconvenience and frustration of getting MY hard earned money which i require to look after my family, I understand that the case must be investigated but at my expense, I had to go to the branch and request a new card which is costing me money my petrol my phone bill my time my families time my companies time.this is not acceptable and through all this i cant think of 1 thing first national has done to make this experience better. first national needs to seriously re look at how these situations get handled cause it seems like it probable happens so often that it just one of those things and the consumer must just take what you guys give. I am definitely not a satisfied custome
