So I ordered a smart device online through the web site, this will be my second, and about a week later I had to phone FNB and ask them what is going on. They said sorry we did send you an SMS (which I did not receive, but can forgive this as it happens with bulk SMS messages). The lady was very friendly and said I will here from the smart device department by the next Monday. So that Monday came and went past, so I contacted the RB Jacobs email address and asked for assistance, I got a reply telling me, my issue has been escalated and someone will contact me and that was 4 days ago, I believe usually that escalating an issue will result in 24 hour feedback, so I am disgusted that I am still getting poor service from FNB as an existing customer for years now, it is like they only care about new business development and old customers are just there to mop the floor with. I am starting to believe that FNB is not the best bank any more.

Let us see if I can get a result now. This is the third issue I had with FNB where I had to come to Hello Peter to get results out of them.
