Went to the bank to apply for an over draft after standing in a que for 2 hours. Trying to explain that am a freelancer n that I don't have a bookkeeper we finally get through that huddle from the moment we started talk her voice was hi pitched not like a consultant point of I know they should never raise their voice to a client n being raised well from home myself I keep calm in my low voice n I do as she required but she couldn't lower her voice n try to resolve the issue that I came with I felt it was very abusive of her approach to me I felt like I did sumthing wrong n mind u I have been banking with ABSA for the past 13 years it was good service n then went to the bank manager n I still feel empty apparently the the issue will be dealt with by next Tuesday latest I feel my dignity was taken away by the very bank that is supposed to help me clearly she didn't go to client service training I would really like to be there when they "discipline " her I will go to the ends of the world to see that this is resolved n that am happy with the outcome of the judgement against her poor service
