Deductions till I die regardless of my wishes

Six years ago I purchased a new car for a friend of mine and as she could not afford the insurance I in fact used Outsurance for this and have been paying the premiums ever since. I now decided to stop this arrangement and informed Outsurance by registered post as well as other correspondence to no longer deduct premiums off my bank account and to make arrangements to have my account details removed from their system and to contact her for future methods of payment. They have now again deducted the annual premium from bank my account and have informed me that they are not prepared to stop this this until she agrees to it and will continue deducting this until I die and the account is closed - (namely Mark who stated this) as they cannot contact her on any of the numbers provided (Outsurance account OT12338840) and will not stop until she authorizes it.
