This is an e-mail response I sent to you Mr Mike Smit (MBL) CEO regarding your latest increase notification. I'm yet to receive your response:

Dear Mr Mike Smit

I thank you for your letter informing me of the over I'm about to receive. Just a little complaint from my side:
You want to increase my contribution by 8%, even though I signed up on the 29th of November 2012 (application number: 60741), which means I've only been with your medical for 2 months??? Please justify!?

And another thing, I've paid you 1 months contribution, the 2nd will be on the 1st of February 2013, and I'm yet to receive my membership card??? I've contacted your lovely consultants regarding this matter and I was assured that after waiting for a month already it will be sent.. well now its been 2 months and guess what? I still have no card.

So in short, if I'm in and accident tomorrow, I have no proof of medical aid in my wallet so I'll be visiting the morgue instead.

I would like a little pro-activity with your response, but I'm sure you, yourself will not be handling this mail. Maybe the next consultant that phones me will do better than the previous ones?
