African Bank
I PAY BUT MUST DEBT DOES NOT GET LESS

I have been paying my debts at African bank since 2008 and I even asked the african bank to down my payments. but now when I pay i.e R311 debts only goes down with R153, they ripping me off. Please assist me,
I have four accounts with them and they ripping me off every account, when I pay only half of my payment is counted.
