Empty promises

I bought a quantum on the 19th of Nov since then i have'nt received my passenger liability. what suprises me is that people who bought their cars after me have their passenger liability. i have called u guys everyday since Monday and it has been the same story you i'll get it before end of day. am off. so pliz if i don't get it today by 12noon just let me know where to take your car, do i take it back to the dealer or i bring to your offices for my refund becoz the deal we have is not working. i will be cancelling my 2nd hire today bcoz of passenger liability and i definitely wont be paying for a car in the garage instead of bieng in the streets, come the 7th you want your instalment. i didn't buy this car for pleasure it has to generate its own cash and pay for the instalment.
