Unauthorised Debit Orde

My car was financed through ABSA and my final payment on the vehicle was on 1 November 2012. I have received all the necessary documents and have since transferred the car into my name.

However yesterday (30/01/03) ABSA debited my bank account with an amount of R49.00 with the reference "VEHWARR BB;401; "

Tried calling and got passed around from person to person and every single one of them denied ABSA took any money off my bank account! So now resorting to HelloPeter in the hope that my query gets answered by someone who can actually help :(

This must be reversed immediately! And Cancelled so that it does not reoccur in the future!

I never signed up for any "Vehicle Warranty"!!
