Septic tank

I lodged a claim for a leaking septic tank. Claim 104844470.An assessor came and checked and verified it was leaking but Outsurance refuse to repair saying I am not covered. When I signed up nobody asked if my house had sewerage or a septic tank. To make matters worse I cancelled my policy with outsurance as at the end of this month as I have signed another policy which is a R1000 cheaper per month. When I told Outsurance the new policy was cheaper they said they would match it. I will not ever deal with outsurance again as they have double standards
