Debit orde

Hi,
I have a loan and ccard with Nedbank and on the 21/11 I received an sms stating that Nedbank is going to debit my acc on the 22nd, I immed called the headoffice and asked why, I was told that because some people get paid on the 22nd i told them that I only get paid on the 25th I was then sed its fine the debit will not go off till Monday. Sat morning I get 2 sms"s saying that Nednank did debit my acc. I went into the branch and was told that because Nedbank didnt get the payment its fine! I have RD's on my account! I also have RD's on my acc for my ccard which I pay direct, I dont have a debit for my ccard and last month and this month my acc was debited. What is going on with Nedbank accounts department!
In Dec/Jan need to apply for my child student loan and because of these RD's on my account I will not get it. I have spoken to my bank and they want me to get a letter from Nedbank stating that this is not my fault and I also get an sms stating that they want to debit my acc on the 13Dec and I called in to say I am getting paid on the 20Dec, I hope that they have made a note on the system for that!
