Terribly slow and Poor service, incorrect billing

We recently started the process of transferring Business banking services from Standard bank to FNB in hopes of better service and Pricing. It's been a 2 month headache. After leaving multiple, un-returned, messages for the Branch manager, Mothusi Selebano (who only works 3 days out of the week) we have decided to complain in a public space

1st Problem: Our Business account names and details were recorded incorrectly, forcing us to completely re-apply and wait for cards and activation!!

2nd problem: After a 2nd complete verification of details and all services offered, we discover SMS notifications DO NOT WORK!

3rd Problem: The type of business account we applied for is not the one we were given, as we discovered MANY Unauthorized Charges to the account!! Triple the cost of the type of account we were told and confirmed to have, TWICE!

4th Problem: staff at the FNB branch are not helpful or efficient. It took us a combined time of at least 4hours to complete the application process - FAR more than the advertised of "switch in 10 mins".

5th Problem: We receive no response to our banking problems when contacting the bank.

Very poor customer service.
